Privacy Policy

Effective Date: March 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how WYMZY INDUSTRIES LLC ("WYMZY," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Foxfire ("the Service"), operated at foxfire.wymzy.ai. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you sign in to Foxfire using Google OAuth, we receive and store the following information from your Google account:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your Google profile photo URL

We do not receive or store your Google account password. Authentication is handled entirely through Google's OAuth protocol.

Card Content You Create

When you create a digital business card, we store the content you provide, including:

  • Name, headline, and bio text
  • Contact information (phone number, email, website, address)
  • Social media links
  • Portfolio items (titles, descriptions, links, images)
  • Action buttons (labels and URLs)
  • Profile photos, cover images, and portfolio images you upload
  • Card styling preferences (layout, colors, fonts)
  • Your chosen card URL slug

Analytics Data

We collect basic, privacy-respecting analytics on your published cards:

  • Page view counts — the number of times your card has been viewed
  • Contact save counts — the number of times a visitor downloaded your vCard
  • Link click counts — the number of times visitors clicked links on your card

We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not use tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or any third-party analytics services. We do not collect IP addresses, device identifiers, or browsing history of your card visitors. Our analytics are simple aggregate counters — nothing more.

Payment Information

If you subscribe to Foxfire Pro, your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive, process, or store your credit card number, debit card number, or bank account details. Stripe provides us with limited information such as the last four digits of your card, the card brand, and the expiration date — solely for displaying payment method details in your account settings. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide the Service — create your account, display your digital business cards, and deliver features like QR code sharing and vCard downloads
  • Process payments — manage your subscription billing through Stripe
  • Show you analytics — display view counts, contact saves, and link clicks on your dashboard
  • Communicate with you — send essential service-related emails such as billing confirmations, subscription changes, and security notices
  • Improve the Service — understand how Foxfire is used so we can fix bugs, improve performance, and develop new features
  • Protect the Service — detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service

We do not use your information for advertising. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not sell your data. Ever.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We share your information only with the following service providers, solely to operate the Service:

Google

Authentication via OAuth. Receives only the authentication handshake — we do not send your card content or usage data to Google.

Stripe

Payment processing. Receives your billing information to process subscription payments. We share your email address with Stripe to associate your account.

Vercel

Hosting and image storage. Your card content and uploaded images are stored on Vercel's infrastructure. Vercel processes requests to serve your published cards.

Neon

Database hosting. Your account data and card content are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon.

We may also disclose your information if required by law, such as in response to a subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

4. Publicly Shared Cards

When you publish a card, the content on that card becomes publicly accessible at its URL (foxfire.wymzy.ai/[your-slug]). Anyone with the link can view your card, download your vCard, and click your links. This is the core purpose of the Service.

Only the information you choose to include on your card is made public. Your email address used for sign-in, your Google profile photo (unless you set it as your card avatar), and your payment information are never publicly visible.

You can unpublish your card at any time to remove it from public access.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and card content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will permanently delete your personal data, card content, and uploaded images from our servers within 30 days.

We may retain certain anonymized, aggregated data (such as total cards created) that cannot be used to identify you, for the purpose of improving the Service.

If your account is inactive for an extended period, we may send you a notice before deleting your data.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

  • All data in transit is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS
  • Database connections are encrypted and access is restricted
  • Authentication is handled through Google's secure OAuth protocol
  • Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant provider
  • We do not store passwords — there are no passwords to breach

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction — update or correct inaccurate information (you can do this directly in the app at any time)
  • Deletion — request that we delete your account and all associated data
  • Data portability — request your data in a machine-readable format

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@wymzy.ai. We will respond to requests within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

Foxfire is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@wymzy.ai.

9. Third-Party Links

Cards created on Foxfire may contain links to third-party websites and services that are not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Service. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.

Your continued use of Foxfire after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
